Rev Richard Starling
Originally from Sussex, trained at Spurgeon's College in London. Married to Juliet, came to East Dartmoor Baptist as pastor in 1994. Richard relaxes by reading, playing guitar, and photographing Dartmoor.

Rev Rob Jones
Married to Shirley. Came to Devon as a teacher, and has been part of EDBC for a long time. In 2005 it became clear to the church that God was guiding us to appoint Rob as Associate Minister, so he has made a major career change. Still makes family time for Sarah and Ben.

EDBC functions as a team ministry, and as a Baptist Church the members share in the privilege and responsibility of decision-making through the gathering of the church to seek God's will for us.
