BMS World Mission France

John, Sue and family last visited the UK in July 2007. It was great to meet up with them at Newton Abbot Baptist Church to hear their news and future plans. They hope to bring a music group to "tour" in the UK in 2009 and would love to work alongside the link churches in mission. We hope that plans to come to EDBC will take shape during the year and that we will share some good French singing!

John & Sue Wilson serve with BMS World Mission in France, and are our "BMS Link Missionaries." Their home church: Emmanuel Baptist Church, Falmouth.

John & Sue are pastoring a church in Lyons.

They have four children, Jessica, Robina, Thomas & Bonnie.

"We concluded L’Evangile pour Tous, a four-month evangelistic campaign involving 20 churches from around the city. With the German evangelist, Ulrich Parzany in person, we saw anything between 600 and 1,600 people attending the seven meetings held in the big top! In the same month we baptised four people at church followed by a picnic in the park." (recent newsletter)
